Commercial is responsible for network planning, pricing and revenue management, sales, distribution, marketing & advertising, customer services, etc. The key responsibilities of this department are towards the targeted revenue and market share through the network growth in the most profitable way. It interfaces largely with entire operating group across the organization in order to achieve the desired results.
