Our culture of 'Respect all, Recognise efforts & contributions and Reward excellence' is ingrained in our reward and recognition framework called 3R. 3R is hosted on our mobile app based internal social networking platform, My 6E World, which makes recognition instant and hassle-free. There are plenty of inspiring stories being created at IndiGo every day. Through Rewards such as Employee of the Quarter, 6E Claps (peer-to-peer), 6E Achievers (employee of the month) and more, we recognise such stories so that we can drive IndiGo's customer-centric culture more and more. We also have function-specific Rewards such as Best Trouble Shooter for IT or 6E Fast Tracker for Airport Operations & Customer Services which ensure that every kind of role as scope for appreciation. The recipient of these rewards earn points which can be redeemed on our online brand store 6E Cart. Photographs of our Employee of the Quarter/Year are displayed on an aircraft, and their family is invited for felicitation which creates a great moment of pride for the employee, their family and of course us!
