It's been over a decade and two years now, since I joined IndiGo and since then there is no looking back. It has been the most beautiful and certainly memorable journey of my life. This journey gave me several opportunities to develop my skills and knowledge. The organisation and its leadership team has greatly enabled me to boost my career. With exciting and diverse challenges, I was able to step out of my comfort zone to grow and overcome my shortcomings both in professional and personal arena. IndiGo has not treated us as ordinary cabin crew but like assets and resources which drive major changes. This gives us a constant push to be focussed and look forward to face more challenges and grab opportunities. I joined this world-class organization in March 2010 and since then it has been an incredible, worthwhile and a memorable journey! Professionally, I rose to success under the able guidance of Capt. Ashim Mittra and today I am Chief Pilot, Line Operations. Personally too, I have learnt many things such as time management, striking perfect work-life balance, being a good listener and a lot more. My role has defined me as a leader giving me opportunities to grow, being task oriented and disciplined at the same time. It's important to be approachable and extend help to everyone. On the whole, it has been a very enjoyable and fulfilling experience, I am looking forward to spending many more years here.

IndiGo is a well-established brand in the aviation industry and also India's leading airline. It has won many awards and accolades over the past 12 years since it came into existence. With the success of this leading airline, the employees lead a successful career fulfilling their dreams of making it big. It is both challenging and exciting to be a part of such a venture. Currently, I am working at the biggest line station of IndiGo. At a very young age, I have had the opportunity to evolve as a leader in a number of remarkable projects. IndiGo as an organisation understands its employees and enables employees to live their dreams.

I have been working with IndiGo since 2006 and it has been a learning curve. I thank the organisation for grooming me to face today's competitive world with a smile. It has made me confident and mature to understand problems and provide spontaneous solutions. My job is to create best inflight practices, make convenient and efficient procedures for crew members and I enjoy doing this. I work with the customer relations team to analyse the passenger feedback for inflight experience and continue making it better. At IndiGo, I feel at home as I know there are people who are always there to support and guide me. The organisation is transparent, credible and dynamic with colleagues who are extremely motivated and energetic.

I joined IndiGo in 2013 and I regret that I didn't join earlier! My total work experience is of 20 years which includes 5 years with this great airline. My stint with IndiGo supersedes my previous work experience of 15 years. Being a part of the Indian aviation history which IndiGo has created, not only have I groomed and enhanced my skills but have also cherished the support of all my peers and seniors with their experience and unmeasurable talent. Working in a hub like Delhi with multi-cultured colleagues has added great value to my overall experience. This will only heighten with the new leadership.
