• 1. What is the maximum age limit to apply for the position of cabin crew? The Maximum age to apply for cabin crew position for freshers/ inexperienced (non -cabin crew) candidate is 27 years.
• 2. What is the minimum height criteria to be eligible for cabin crew? The Minimum height criteria is 155 cm.
• 3. I do not have customer service experience, can I still apply for cabin crew position? Previous experience in a customer service role is not a criteria for the cabin crew position.
• 4. I was unsuccessful in my interview, can I apply again? There is no waiting period for candidates who are unsuccessful in the preliminary round / s of interview, however, in case you are unsuccessful in the final round, there is a waiting period of 3 months to reapply for the interview.
• 5. Can Male candidates apply for cabin crew? IndiGo hires only female candidates for cabin crew position, male candidates may apply for any other position as available on our career page.
• 6. What are the mandatory documents required at the time of joining?

  You are required to submit the following documents:

  1.Passport

  2.Pan Card

  3.Aadhar Card

  4.Mark sheet of Class Xth and XIIth from a recognized Board or University

  5.Email/Letter of Relieving/Resignation from the last Employer (to whomsoever applicable)

• 7. What is the employment agreement tenure for cabin crew? The Employment agreement period is 3 years from the date of joining.
• 8. Can I request for a base transfer? You can request for a transfer of base once you join the organization, which may be considered subject to a vacancy in the other location requested for.
• 9. Can I request for change in my role & department? You can apply through Internal Job Posting. Your department transfer is subject to selection process for the new role as per Company guidelines and release from In-Flight Services.
